3. Processing of Valid Notices
Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the content provider (if identifiable) and provide them with a copy of the notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed mistakenly.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in federal court.
Send counter-notifications to the same email above. We will restore the material if the copyright owner does not file legal action within 10-14 business days.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
