The Site provides embedded videos from third-party sources and does not host or upload any video content itself. All videos are streamed from external providers.

2. Submission of DMCA Notice

We will respond to valid notices expeditiously.

3. Processing of Valid Notices

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the content provider (if identifiable) and provide them with a copy of the notice.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed mistakenly.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in federal court.

Send counter-notifications to the same email above. We will restore the material if the copyright owner does not file legal action within 10-14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

6. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to U.S. copyright claims under the DMCA.
  • False claims may result in liability for damages.
  • We are not responsible for content hosted on third-party sites.
